How it Works

An inside look at what it’s like to work with us.

Phase 1 | The Foundations

We’ll kick off our project with a strategy call and run through your pre-work questionnaires. This is the fun part where we get to chat about your story, what grinds your gears & what lights you up and all the little quirks that go into your brand you. After that, Laura & I will work to develop your visual identity concepts, colour palettes and creative direction. If you’re a web design client then we’re going to build out the initial concepts of your website.

Phase 2 | Visual Assets

Once the initial concepts are approved we spend the next few days/weeks building out logo design concepts, creating custom graphics, illustrations and textures and exploring the options that are going to amplify your brand the most. If it’s a website we’re working on, we’ll be building out the pages in Squarespace. After that we’ll hop on a video call & run through everything with you.

Phase 3 | Complete & Training

We’ll refine the chosen brand concept and continue sharing with you until we’ve arrived at the final design. All of the files will be saved and sent off to you, along with a guide on how to utilize your new branding. For web design, same same! We’ll refine the website until it lands at the final masterpiece, then head into wrap up. You’re going to full training videos on how to use your website and any additional integrations we’ve added.

You know it! I know it may seem like a bit of an inconvenience, or unnecessary, but there’s a multitude of reasons we like hopping on a quick 30min zoom call. The most important is truly understanding the context of what you need - we want to ensure that you’re getting exactly what your brand/business needs to be able to grow and move forward. We would hate to book you in for a project, pay the cost, when you don’t actually need some of the inclusions!

Of course! We know that branding and website design is an investment, and we want to make that as digestible as we can. We offer 3 different payment plan options, ranging from 2-6 split payments. We’d also be happy to chat about a custom payment plan if needed.
We don’t do single logo design over here. Crafting a meaningful experience for your audience is done through multiple aspects of your brand. A logo is just an image when it’s all alone. If you truly want to reach your dream clients, become a stand out expert in your industry and remain memorable - you need a full brand identity. First off - love the desire to grow and step forward in your business! For websites - I’d say most business owners fall into the Website in a Week package. If you don’t have a massive amount of services, blog posts, portfolio pieces or courses then you can likely do this package. If you’re a well established business or simply want a few more bells and whistles then definitely go with the Custom Website option.
We recommend having a clear brand identity (colours, fonts, logos), professional images and the written copy for your website. We’re more than happy to source high quality stock images for your website, but trust us when we say that your images will make all the difference in having your personality come through. We also provide a workbook for you to DIY the written copy for your site, if you’re not in the position to source out a copywriter!
