Shaina is a grounded, sarcastic gal that will breathe humour into your life. Her approach to nutrition programming focuses on eliminating the pressure around reaching ones goals. She adds light to an area that can feel so heavy to many.

The Brief

To elevate her DIY Logo, bring personality into her Brand and create a timeless identity.

Shaina’s vision was to create a program that empowered the underdogs and further educate the experienced.

“I want my coaching programs to be like tinder where my clients need my help in the beginning but eventually will have all the knowledge that they don’t need me anymore and can delete me.”

The vision was to create a website that was simple with a hint of sarcasm, calm and inviting, professional yet relaxed.

With her website we included a Members Only area to expand her community and have a home for her to host her blog, recipes, helpful information and eventually her online programs.

“I think I can really make a change in peoples lives, I want to make a difference in how people see themselves and make them feel good about themselves. I want to stop the restrictions, body shaming and guilt people have around food and teach them that it’s okay and we are all human.”
